One focused Discovery Session on a call with a deeply experienced Factum AI consultant, some limited followup questions and infromation requests - and in a few days you walk away with a clear, evidence-based plan of the highest-return moves for your business - a plan you own outright, whatever you decide to do with it.

What you get

• A working session with Factum AI- you talk, we listen - and ask valuable questions. The diagnosis comes from your business, not a template.
• Your prioritised roadmap - the three to five moves worth making, in order, with the reasoning and indicative costs for each. Delivered as a document you keep.
• A straight answer - including, where it's the honest answer, "not yet". We would rather tell you to fix the foundations first than sell you something that will not hold.

How it works

1. Book and pay. Your slot is confirmed when payment clears.
2. A short questionnaire before the call, so the session starts informed rather than from a blank page.
3. The session - 60 to 90 minutes of your time, plus access to the documents that describe how the work runs today.
4. Your roadmap, delivered. Then the next move is yours, at your pace.

The offer

A$1,995 including GST. The full fee is 100 per cent creditable against a subsequent build with Factum AI within 60 days of roadmap delivery.
